Public NCC Board Meeting Recap

On Thursday June 29th, the NCC Board of Directors met to discuss recent and upcoming projects. Here are some of the highlights of the meeting.

NCC will rebuild pathways affected by flood
The NCC will begin major work on its multi-use recreational pathways and shoreline assets.

Annual Environmental Report
The Board of Directors of the NCC approved the Annual Environment Report 2016-2017.

The NCC is developing a strategy to integrate food and agriculture in the planning of the Capital.

New Rideau Canal railings
The NCC Board approved the installation of a new 2.4 km railing system along the Rideau Canal.
